Our mission is to forge a community built around the CrossFit methodology of fitness and nutrition, in order to bring the reality of elite levels of fitness to our members. Here we strive to break you away from the current, flawed fitness model that we see so prevalent in the world today. You won’t find big mirrors, fancy equipment or juice bars once you enter our doors. At our facility we utilize only the tools necessary to build elite levels of fitness – barbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, determination and sweat.

So whether you’re an Olympic athlete, a college student, or a stay-at-home mom, our training program is custom designed to give you the results you’re looking for.

CrossFit is different from a traditional gym program where you are given a pass to enter the front door and let loose on rooms full of machines.  Because of this, people are often surprised by the level of personal attention they receive when they start CrossFit.

At Ventana CrossFit you will be led and instructed by qualified trainers who truly care about improving your fitness.  You will become a part of a community that supports each other and grows together.
Our CrossFit Group Classes are a fun and safe way to achieve a new level of fitness. If you are new to CrossFit, you will begin in our CrossFit Elements program which will consist of instruction and practice of the 9 foundational movements that you will be utilizing in CrossFit. Mastering these movements will allow you to complete workouts with power, technique and intensity.

At the end of this 4 day program, you’ll be prepared with everything you need to step into our Group classes and W.O.D (workout of the day) with confidence and proficiency.

Gaining the proper knowledge and enjoying what you eat is not always easy.  At Ventana CrossFit, we don't just show you how to fuel your body the right way, we also help you enjoy doing it.
At Ventana CrossFit, we make getting started simple, fun, and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – our FREE introductory session is for all levels and includes special one on one coaching to help you achieve your specific goals. It is designed to introduce you to CrossFit, let you meet our trainers, and experience the way our classes are structured. We will then show you some of our basic movements and create a custom CrossFit workout for you so you can experience it for your self.
